On March 1, several emerging automakers released their February sales reports, showing month-over-month growth and significant year-over-year increases.
- BYD: Sold 322,846 vehicles in February, a 164% year-over-year increase. Passenger car exports reached 67,025 units. Sales breakdown: Dynasty & Ocean series – 304,673 units, Fangchengbao – 4,942 units, Denza – 8,513 units, Yangwang – 105 units.
- Zeekr: Sold 31,300 vehicles in February. The Zeekr (ZK.US) brand recorded sales of 14,039 units, up 86.9% year-over-year and 17.6% month-over-month. Lynk & Co sold 17,200 vehicles, a 30.5% year-over-year increase, with new energy vehicles (NEVs) accounting for 47.9% of sales.
- XPeng Motors: Delivered 30,453 vehicles in February, up 570% year-over-year and slightly increasing by 0.34% month-over-month. This marks the fourth consecutive month with deliveries exceeding 30,000 units.
- Li Auto: Delivered 26,263 vehicles in February, up 29.7% year-over-year but down 12.24% month-over-month.
- Leapmotor: Delivered 25,287 vehicles in February, a 285% year-over-year increase and a 0.46% month-over-month rise.
- Harmony Intelligent Mobility: Delivered 21,517 vehicles in February 2025, ranking as the No.1 Chinese car brand in terms of average transaction price.
- GAC Aion: Sold 20,863 vehicles globally in February, a 25% year-over-year increase and a 44.95% month-over-month jump.
- Xiaomi Auto: Delivered over 20,000 Xiaomi SU7 units in February 2025, maintaining a streak of over 20,000 monthly deliveries for five consecutive months, with a total of over 180,000 units delivered.
- NIO: Delivered 13,192 vehicles in February, a 62.2% year-over-year increase. This includes 9,143 NIO-branded vehicles (+12.4% YoY) and 4,049 vehicles under the Onvo (Le Dao) brand.
- Voyah Auto: Delivered 8,013 vehicles in February, a 152% year-over-year increase and a 0.05% month-over-month rise.
